6.5.0 for Android

Following database backend is distributed with this version:

1. SQLite (distributed with Qt): Built in the package using command -DFEATURE_sql_sqlite -DFEATURE_system_sqlite=OFF.

Since Qt 6.2 Qt made TLS backends as plugin.
Following backend(s) are built in the package:

1. OpenSSL 3.0 series using -DFEATURE_openssl=ON -DINPUT_openssl=linked for enabling linked OpenSSL support

Since Qt 6.3 I drop 32-bit builds for community.

All builds have -DFEATURE_icu=OFF because I think the ICU library is too big and, in most of the conditions, useless for common users.

Built using NDK r25c with -DANDROID_NATIVE_API_LEVEL=27 argument.
It means the APK built using these builds may only be run on Android 8.1 and later.
